I’m Erika and I’m looking to share my house with ONE individual who is clean and respectful !
** You will have your OWN PRIVATE living room and space with a couch, fireplace, and tv provided. You will have your own private 2 piece washroom as well as the washroom upstairs to shower/bath will be shared. You will also have your own bedroom upstairs.
It will be a shared fully stocked kitchen and laundry. You also have access to the backyard patio.
Rent of $1200 includes hydro, heat and water as well as high speed internet.
Minimum 6 month lease.

You will be living with myself and my kitty cat. He’s very friendly and happy 😃 I am easy going, friendly, respectful and looking forward to sharing my home with an amazing person!
