Private Room and Bathroom with Shared common area in 3 bed 2.5 bathTownhouse for individual. (Currently unfurnished but can be discussed if needed)

The Kitchen, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Living Room and Backyard would be common shared areas. (Basically everything other than my room and office)

Short Walk to Buses to Guildford Mall (5min drive), North Surrey Secondary, and Near multiple highways.

You must be a respectful person, no smoking, no drugs, no vaping, no overnight visitors, no loud parties

Only other person living on the property. Late 20s single female who currently works from home. Pretty craftsy homebody but down to plan and try new experiences. Likes trying to host friends over at least monthly for board games or chilling.
