We’re looking to sublease this unit from July 1st to August 31st but the lease could be continued afterwards depends on you. The building is a stone throw away from the Wilson subway station, it also has great infrastructure and modern amenities. Bills are not included. It is a nice place to live, animal friendly and friendly neighbours. The building also offers fun and inclusive activities for the residents once in a while.
