Please read the requirements for the lease take over.

I am almost completely done with my apartment. All included the apartment runs at about 1300$/month. That includes a parking space which is completely optional. I am looking for someone who is interested in taking over the lease. I was not foreseeing being ready to move on u til after July 1st but maybe ready to hand over the reigns very soon.

It is affordable housing. There’s probably a waiting list but I currently hold the lease and so am ultimately someone takes it over. Criteria that the housing people want: 1:Must be Canadian Citizens and/or Permanent Residents 2: Three adults or a small family. 3: The household income cap is 100k$ 4: you have to pass a basic credit check.

The apartment is a three bedroom. Needs paint and I’d rather not pay for the paint if I can avoid it. If you want to paint your choice of colors here’s your opportunity. Close to bus and metro. Groceries and not to far from the highway if that’s convenient for you. Close to green spaces. I’ve been taken most of my belongings out of the apartment so it open to whatever you want to bring. There’s currently two couches two refrigerators a stove washer and dryer. I will probably take the small freezer. I may take the old school classic fridge and I may not. Couples welcome but you need to be expecting or have kids already or get a roommate. One room as is 700$. If I lend furniture negotiable on how much more. Couples looking to rent make it 1000$ or take over the lease with the current conditions in the lease.
