This suite can come furnished with a double bed, desk, chair , shelves and 40” flat screen smart TV. Space is suitable for one mature adult that is comfortable with dogs. Asking 950/ month inclusive Located in north end of Mountforest Please reach out with any questions , concerns we are willing to be reasonable and flexible to stated post for the right fit. We will provide a professional rental agreement to add some security for both of us and would like a long term (1+year) commitment if possible, again we are flexible. Owners ( married couple) will occupy the space with tenant. Owner’s have a pug breeding/rescue program out of the home therefore it is important that a love of dogs( pugs) is present.
