I am looking for ONE roommate to share a my current space with starting August 1st. It is a 2 bedroom main floor unit of a house near Garth and Mohawk. Driveway and street parking, all utilities included, shared internet. Rent is $2450 so you’re half would be $1225 per month. Living room area is fully furnished.

I am usually out of the house from 7:30-5:00pm for work M-F. Most of my week nights involve planning & prepping for work. However, when I have the time I am a social butterfly and love to do things with friends! I have 2 cats, Archie & Missy, who are well behaved, fully litter trained and very friendly (they love to snuggle).
