ABOUT THE ROOM: Available August 1 but possible for an earlier move in if needed.

Furnished with chest of drawers, lamp, bed, pillows/pillow cases, linens/blankets, towel. Room has spacious closet.

Access to shared furnished kitchen, dining area, patio, bathroom, washer/dryer and living room. Electricity, water and internet included.

RESTRICTIONS: No smoking, no vaping, no drugs of any kind. No overnight guest, no partying, no loud noise. No pets due to allergies in the family.

LOCATION: Cook Street Village is a vibrant friendly community with grocery stores, pharmacy, dentist, various stores, local artisans, food court and coffee shops. Walking distance to the beach and to downtown.

3-5 minute walk to bus stops (3 & 7) which goes to Camosun, University of Victoria, Interurban, Downtown.

We are a family with young kids. We live on the upper floor. We are looking for an international college or university student who will be a good fit to our family values and will be able to get along with the other student in the lower floor. We will respect your privacy however since we will live in the same house, if you want to be a stranger then this will likely not be a good fit.
