Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a 3 bed in the heart of Chinatown/Kensington Market. Preferably a female student as the two of us are as well. It’s a great hidden spot in a super fun and convenient location - especially in the summertime!

Location Details: Near U of T, TMU, OCAD, Kensington Market, the AGO, public libraries, and a variety of restaurants
Getting Around: This unit is bordered by the 510 Spadina streetcar to the east, the 505 Dundas streetcar to the south, the 511 Bathurst streetcar to the west, and the 506 College streetcar to the north. The College and Spadina streetcars run 24/7 and the Spadina streetcar gets you to Spadina Station in 15 minutes and to Union Station in 25. The Dundas streetcar gets you to St. Patrick station in 10, and the College streetcar gets you to Queens Park Station in 10 as well. There are also multiple BikeShare docks within a short walking distance

We’re both undergrad students in downtown Toronto who enjoy cannabis and love to host! We value our downtime so the apartment is usually pretty quiet and we like to keep it clean. The most important thing to us is that we’re all able to feel comfortable and at home in our space.
