We are a friendly family of three, located in East York neighbourhood. This listing is for one of the rooms in our basement apartment. All other rooms are occupied by female tenants. The basement has a separate entrance, private kitchen, bathroom and laundry. 1 minute walking distance to the bus stop, which takes you to Coxwell subway station. There are many restaurants, coffee shop, convenience stores, parks, hospital and shoppers drug mart in walking distance. Very close to Danforth, where you can find everything from grocery stores to many shops and restaurants. Very central location and close to downtown. All rooms have a twin bed, desk and chair. All utilities and high speed internet is included in the rent.
We currently have 3 rooms occupied by friendly and quiet female students. My family and I live on the main floor.
