About the room
Perfect little place located right off broadway, just a quick 10 or so minute walk to Jericho Beach and NoFrills, and a 15 min bus ride to UBC! The room is unfurnished and you’ll be sharing the living room, kitchen, etc with me and my sweet cat Luna :) We also have a really nice balcony in the back and a tiny little backyard shared among the other tenants in the building (Ive never seen anyone out there other than myself). Please note utilities are shared but just hydro and wifi, hydro is usually around 25$ each and wifi 50$ each (looking into getting a cheaper internet provider).
About the roomies
This will be a lease take over as my current roommate is moving out. A little bit about me, im a 26 yr old female studying at UBC in my 3rd year and I have a black cat named Luna. I usually spend my free time out of house exploring the woods/ going on adventures, or at home painting! As its a small space with thin walls im looking for preferably a student, quiet, non-smoker, clean and respectful. I am not a partier but I’m pretty easygoing and always down for making new friends so youre welcome to adventure alongside me!
