No drugs, No party, No smoking, and casual drinking is ok. No kids, no pets, and NO overnight guests, visitors to be limited. Will be discussed prior to acceptance. Low maintenance and quiet is a must. I work at night, my 9 yo son visits every other weekend. Pre-reqs to be discussed. Month to month.
