Nice private room in a 2 bedroom main floor condo, large closet and window facing trees that have lots of birds singing in the morning, you would have mostly your own washroom across hall, except for if I should have company as it is the main bathroom. $650.00 & split electricity bill Credit check & Background check must be completed.
About the roomies
You must like cats and dogs as I have both and why I can’t have a tenant with any. My dog is a little Yorkie.
Although I have pets my apartment is kept clean.
The room can be furnished but leaving empty in case the perfect fit has their own bedroom furniture.
I am retired so I am home a lot of the time. I enjoy reading, watching Netflix, walking my dog, decorating my apartment, cooking, swimming and hoping to get into some crafting this year.
No smoking home, social drinking, lgbtq & 420 friendly.
Although I am open to all people, the perfect situation would be a “Golden Girl” roommate.
