Person must be clean and tidy. I am responsible for ongoing cleaning. Available now. Student or employed person. Female preferred 1 parking space included. Small fridge with freezer in the room. Coin laundry in building. Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom. No overnight guests. Other guests will be discussed. Close to downtown, bus station and bus stop steps away. Quiet street. Beautiful Corby Rose Garden nearby.
