Additional Information: This is a three-floored semi-detached house steps away from Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, DROM Taberna, and so many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and boutiques to explore on Queen West. You will literally never be bored in this area, there are so many amazing little worlds to explore. The first floor has a spacious kitchen, full laundry, bathroom, and living area. The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a glass shower (Your room will be on the second floor with a south facing window). The third floor has the third bedroom, a bathroom, and another shared kitchenet and co-working space. You will have space on the third floor for a desk and other office needs with a view of the CN-Tower!
