Looking for someone to fill a separate bedroom and bathroom in a large 2 bed/bath near Spadina and Front! While your bedroom is unfurnished, the common areas will be furnished. The building has an excellent gym, saunas, rooftop pool and hot tub.

• The contract will be monthly but I am looking for someone interested in at least 8-10 months
• Utilities typically run $50-70 monthly max, usually on the lower end.
• Move in ~Aug 25th potentially sooner

You will be sharing with me but have your own bathroom. I am looking for someone who is a good fit - I am very clean, social (would be down to do things together), and generally busy! I will be working at a downtown law-firm, in office 75% of the time. Fulltime WFH is not a good fit for this unit and within ~22-32 age is preferred. Please reach out!
