Available Oct 1 Perfume free environment! I am allergic. Natural perfumes and incense are fine. I provide naturally scented cleaners as I also have a sensitivity to some cleaners.

Furnished room downtown 2 bedroom apartment off Elgin street in a safe neighbourhood, 20 mins walk to Ottawa U and one bus or bike ride to Carleton U. Many grocery stores, gyms, yoga studios, parks and restaurants nearby.

All inclusive, internet, heat, electricity, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. Fully equipped kitchen and inexpensive laundry in basement(1.50 for wash and 1.50 to dry). Small TV with Apple TV, Prime TV. I can provide bedding if you need it.

I have two cats but no additional pets are allowed. I don’t smoke but if you do, please do it outside (including vaping) There is a shared backyard with a picnic table and a park across the street with seating.

It is my apartment and there would only be the two of us living here. My daughter has keys to apartment and lives a block away and can be contacted for emergencies. I am social but like my alone time too but will communicate this. If you would like a guest over (ie partner or friend) we would need to discuss it beforehand. I’m pretty busy and prefer someone who is also busy. I love to travel and am a big music nerd. My apartment is decorated with eclectic things from traveling. Anymore just ask!
