I am offering a mostly furnished room in century home. I am 20 min from Markdale, 30 minutes from Collingwood/Blue Mountain.
The property is on about 5 acres in Maxwell.
There is the opportunity to have a garden. This is short description but I am happy to talk to you in detail. If you are willing to feed and take care of the cats while I am away, I am willing to lower the rent.

About the roomies

I am an artistic, curious, thoughtful and pretty quiet and calm person. My daughter is away at school, but comes home in the summer. There are two cats here. That is all of us :)
