Bedrooms are not contiguous, offering silence and privacy. House is professionally cleaned monthly.

Common areas include bathroom, kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room and outdoor deck facing a private yard.

Free parking on parking pad or street.

The townhouse is right outside the 138 bus to Crowfoot Station and only a 5 minute drive from the park-and-ride. Fast and easy access to downtown or out to the Rockies.

Everything you need within a 5-minute drive to Crowfoot Crossing shopping centre. Lots of parks and green spaces within walking distance. 15-minute drive to University of Calgary.
