Place is within 10 minute walking distance of North Island College & Hospital. Close proximity to nearby amenities such as Thrifty Foods, anytime fitness, Costco, fast food restaurants such as Tim’s, Subway, Starbucks, etc… transit routes nearby as well.

$1200/month (includes wifi and all utilities).

Bedroom and all other areas will be furnished, however let me know if you have your own furniture that youd like to use. Private bathroom per tenant available, however In-unit laundry, kitchen, and living room areas are all shared.
