About the roomies
I’m Daryl, co-owner of the condo since 2007. So much to love about Riverside Gate. I’m Edmonton’s/Alberta’s happiest dog sitter and CMO for GreenWood Putters, so I’m often out of the house. If an issue arises while I am out of town, my lifelong friend should be able to assist. I can provide multiple references for how easy it is to share a condo with myself and as a gracious landlord/occasional roommate.
My place is one where are all those who are respectful are going to love the location and the neighbours. I want you to take ownership of the place, treat it like your own. Have guests, chill out, crank up the music. If you would like to paint the walls a different colour, I’m all ears. If you are a pet owner, recognise there are additional fees and some stringent common area pet rules. Look forward to finding an amazing tenant/roommate.
