Hey! I’ve got a great room for rent in a 3 bedroom , 2.5 bathroom townhouse right by the lake. Great for walking paths and biking and quick highway access to get to work. Available June 15th or July 1st. This is ideal for mature professional. Safe area. Not close to transit so a car is required but street parking is available and sometimes the garage. No smoking/vaping/weed. No pets (sorry). Please be a tidy clean person and responsible. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Basement is unfinished but you can set up a tv room down there for yourself if you wish and have your own private space. High ceilings makes this place feel more spacious. Backyard to enjoy. Rent does not include Heat/AC/Hydro/Internet - those will be shared and come to $150-200 per month each depending on usage. Home is semi furnished. You are welcome to bring some furniture - we can discuss. You can also store a small amount of items in the basement. This is month to month and 30 days notice is required to move out for 1st of the month. Please be willing to provide a letter of employment and reference. You will be sharing with 1 mature, respectful, responsible male in his late 20s who is a busy professional and does not drink or smoke. Thank you!
