Available immediately. Furnished room(s) available in this Beautiful and Quiet home in South Granville. Shared bathroom with retired couple, all utilities and internet included. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, pets, overnight guests or subletting. Drama free, friendly household who respects each others privacy. This is not a party house. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit as I have the room professionally cleaned after each occupant. Would love to share the space with female International / university student(s). Close and easy transit routes 10 & 49. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen you can use.
