Private Bedroom with shared bathroom on the top floor. This room is great for students as it is located right behind Concordia, Right next to the coliseum LRT station and expo Centre, so about a 5 minute walk and 20 minute LRT ride to UofA or MacEwan. There is a bigger room than this one available, although with a similar layout and a smaller (less scary) closet. More photos of the house upon request. There is a nice kitchen, and laundry in the basement. There is a yard, parking available and lots of storage room. Utilities are shared between the three, and we have all set up. In the Winter it can run high of Maximum $250 per Month, but cools down in the summer to around $100 a month.

There are two girls living in the house, Myself and Riel. I am a full-time dog trainer and Riel is a student. We are looking for a preferably female Roommate, that is social, loves animals and can keep the house clean! There are two cats in the home, Deku & Juno - and 1 Mini American Shepherd named Luca. Other pets may be considered based on many factors. Our Lease began in September 2024, we are planning on staying here until September 2026 We’d love to get to know you more!
