2 rooms available for Feb 1st, early move in for Jan 1st may be possible. The two rooms make for an ideal bedroom and work from home office setup.

Located just off Quinpool and Robie, perfect location for a mature Dal/SMU student/staff or Healthcare professional. Rent is $1100 and utilities are extra at about $80.

Parking is limited available for the unit and is $100 a month if available, but there is street parking in the area. Another working professional and I live in the unit.

The unit is attached to other units and does not allow parties. Attached units are also very quiet, having lived here for 3 years there have been little to no issues with noise.

There are two lovely/friendly cats, unfortunately we cannot accept any other pets.

You’d be living with one male and one female. One mature university student, male mid 30s. One working professional, early 30s female. Both friendly, clean, and approachable.

We’re looking for someone around the same age, 25 years and older. Seeking one more person. Rent would be adjusted if a two people or a couple were interested in the rooms.

Mon-Fri we are away from home, so it is quiet during the day if you did work from home.

Neither of us hosts large gatherings regularly, so it’s quiet and calm in the evening.
