Hello summer students! I have a fully furnished basement suite for rent from Apr-Aug. I am close to Red River College as well as U of M downtown campus and U of W.
The suite includes all utilities, wifi and a parking space. It has a private bathroom and a storage area. The only shared space is the kitchen and laundry room.
About the roomies
40 something female with two lovely but young dogs. I am an early riser and spend lots of time outside with the dogs.
