I have extra room in my 5 bedroom house downtown. Ready to move now or oct 1 or maybe few days sooner. Room as in the pictures.

You’ll get a private room to yourself with door lock, and share the rest of the fully furnished house with us. Nice big tall ceilings in a relaxing and peaceful environment. Amenities:

• very large backyard! baseball field, tennis courts, practice wall, river and path right behind, patio with BBQ.
• direct bus to every part of the city within 2 min walk
• washer & dryer, 2 fridges plus extra freezer, espresso machine.
• fully equipped home gym.
• WIFI, 1 Gb Internet, Cable TV in main room. Great for watching sports on the large 85“TV.
• Can be furnished with bed and desk/chair, dresser if needed. -2.5 Washrooms. -Bi-Weekly Maid Service for all common areas. Need to have:
• full time student or job
• 1st & damage deposit required
• No Smoking/Smokers/Vape

Rent is $600, which includes all utilities, internet, etc.

The room is roughly 10 feet x 12 feet. It’s currently furnished with bed desk, closets, and it can stay that way or i can empty it for you. Whatever works best for you! There is no Parking on site. During summer months May-Nov you can park for free on the street like the other roommates do. For winter there are pay spots in nearby apartment buildings for about $60. We are 2 males ages (31,41), 3 females (age 24,28, 39). Study / Work 9-5, in different fields like bio lab, law, fitness ecommerce, MBA. We are very quiet for the most part, little less on some weekends.

I like to keep a nice peaceful home, as we all work in the morning and take our jobs seriously. But weekends can get louder. Students & professionals welcome!

Male or Female we have lived with both before.

There is one dog in the house. Small Dachshund.
