The room is roughly 10 feet x 12 feet. It’s currently furnished with bed desk, closets, and it can stay that way or i can empty it for you. Whatever works best for you! There is no Parking on site. During summer months May-Nov you can park for free on the street like the other roommates do. For winter there are pay spots in nearby apartment buildings for about $60.
