The room is roughly 10 feet x 12 feet. It’s currently furnished with bed desk, closets, and it can stay that way or i can empty it for you. Whatever works best for you! There is no Parking on site. During summer months May-Nov you can park for free on the street like the other roommates do. For winter there are pay spots in nearby apartment buildings for about $60. We are 2 males ages (31,41), 3 females (age 24,28, 39). Study / Work 9-5, in different fields like bio lab, PHD, law, fitness, MBA. We are very quiet for the most part, little less on some weekends.
