Perfect location for anyone working downtown Toronto. Streetcar stop 1 block away. Grocery store/shoppers drug mart/711/LCBO all within 2 blocks. It is the main floor of a house, with living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, small backyard area and front porch. Room is currently furnished with a closet, queen size futon/bed and side table with lamp. The room itself is small with no window, but the rest of the apartment is spacious and has great lighting. The heating and air conditioning is top notch as well. All utilities and internet included.

I work in the Music Industry, and am listening to music/going to shows all week - so the apartment is my quiet place where I can relax and recharge. I have friends over maybe once every other month. Definitely a calm environment. I also have a side hustle of making candles, so I’ll be using the kitchen to make those every now and then.
