Owner of beautiful home in Braeside Estates is looking for second female roommate to make a home of three people. The large bedroom with window, queen bed is in the basement with shared bathroom, rumpus room, wet bar and laundry facilities. Upstairs is shared kitchen, deck and back yard. I am a middle aged lady most comfortable with ages approximately 23 to 65. I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, non smoking, non drinking, no recreational drugs, non vaping. The rent of the room includes internet, basic cable and utilities. Off street parking on driveway. Walking distance to express bus.

I am a self employed owner of a cleaning business and I like a quiet home. I would appreciate kindness and respectfulness. I am looking for a roommate with compassion is a must. Very independent. Walking distance to Southland Leisure center. Winter sports like cross country skiing is close by at the Sailing Club. Summer sports can be activities such as renting a kayak at the south Glenmore park.

I am unfortunately not able to accept tenants with pets of their own, due to my allergies as well as I have a senior dog who does not get along well with other animals.
