Private unfurnished room in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room showed would be empty by end of Feb. There’s plenty of closet space in the room and in the common areas as well. Walking distance from grocery stores and multiple restaurants and Elmvale bus stop. 9 minute drive to uOttawa. 12 minute drive to Carleton U. 4-5 minute drive to Ottawa general hospital. Laundry on site. Utilities are included in the base rent and I already pay for Wi-Fi. Parking is available on-site for extra 60$
