I maintain a very clean and organized space and expect the same from my roommate. I’ve also shared this home with both women and men, and I warmly welcome everyone. Available July 1st for long term - I rent a furnished bedroom in my 4½ condo just steps from UQAM. Walkable to Couche-Tar, Le Central (3 mins), St-Laurent and Champ-de-Mars metros, Old Port, Desjardins Complex (IGA, Jean Coutu, SAQ, Dollarama, Winners, etc.)(6 mins). The building (2002) is low-rise concrete: clean, quiet, secure, and well maintained. Laundry in building. Parking available ($). Your share: $815/month (internet included) + ~$25/month hydro (based on 3-year average). One-month security deposit required. Visits: After 4 PM weekdays or anytime on weekends.
