Mainfloor. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bedroom (half bath is an onsuite to the master bedroom which I rent). Seprate laundry from basement suite. Fully fenced backyard with a brand new back deck, shared with basement tenants. Parking pad and street parking available. The available room is unfurnished. The third room is currently set up as a spare room/tv room.

Rent is $900 per month plus utilities; Enmax (split 60/40 with basement tenants), Telus internet/basic cable, streaming services. Utilities Average around $250 per month, but could be more or less depending on the season.

Landlords are two of my best friends, husband and wife, whom I’ve known for over 10 years.

I’m a 37 year old cis-woman. I work full time for an Environmental Consulting Firm. I keep a clean and fairly quiet home; my party days are long behind me. To list a few of my hobbies: I enjoy plants/gardening, hiking, bird watching, biking, camping, crocheting, and puzzles. I jokingly say that I’m 37 going on 87. While I enjoy my social and active time, I equally enjoy my “introvert time.” Binging comfort shows, and cleaning the house while listening to music are normal weekly occurrences for me. I value respect, communication, and kindness in all relationships, including a roommate. I have a two cats and a crested gecko. My cats haven’t been around dogs much, but I’m open to introductions.

Please note, I am celiac. So, it is of the utmost importance that a prospective roommate is understanding and respectful of shared space and items.
