The building is an old hotel which was recently renovated, and is absolutely beautiful. It is a 1-minute walk away from Shoppers and a 24-hour Rabbas, 3-minute walk away from Wellesley station, 8-minute walk away from Museum, and 10 minutes each from Bloor-Yonge and Bay stations, with two major bus stops right at the building intersection as well. It is located steps from Dollarama, LCBO, Galleria, Tim’s, a clinic, and tons of great food, coffee, and bubble tea places.
Amenities include multiple beautiful terraces with a BBQ set-up, an outdoor jacuzzi and pool, an indoor jacuzzi and sauna, party room, gym, theatre room, and more*.
Concierge is very helpful and polite, and elevators are quick to come. Could not recommend this building more, I love it here.

You will be sharing the condo with me (26F), the leaseholder. I am a Masters student at the University of Toronto. I’m friendly, active, clean and respectful.
I love running, staying fit (spin-cycle classes, Pilates, etc.), going on walks, visiting parks and cafes and injecting matcha into my veins, and having deep talks. During non-study downtime at home, I am usually either baking, reading, or watching reality TV.
