Hello everyone! We’ll have a room open up in our 3 bedroom home starting September 15th ! It’s the upper level of a house, with us having main entrance and separate from the bottom level.
-The Room is the big masterbedroom of the house with it’s own half bathroom! It has a large closet, and will include a mattress and bedframe. It also has excellent natural light.
We are looking for someone who is a working professional or perhaps mature student. Someone who values cleanliness, a quiet environment, and is friendly and communicative. 👍
-Rent details: 6 month lease with the possibility to go month to month after that. Security deposit of half a month’s rent at the beginning of the rental. price for the room is 1300. Utilities not included.
-The house has all the amenities one could need.
*Washing and drying machine, shared with the nice people who live downstairs.
*Fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and small grill.
*Two balconies, one at the front and the other at the back
*Furnished living room, that includes a Television with Roku.
There’s also a closet space that could suffice some storage needs.
-The location is right by the intersection of 49th and Knight. A block away from bus stops 49th and 22 which can take you directly to UBC or Metrotown, or right to Downtown respectively.
You’d be sharing the place with me, and fellow roomate Pranav! We are both pretty chill guys in our late 20s, early 30s. I came into the place a couple of years ago and it’s been a wonderful place to call home. We like the place to feel quiet, cozy, clean but also relaxed. We enjoy being communicative, respectful and friendly with each other, and are conscious of each othe r’s spacein . Some of our likes include watching soccer, movies and shows, playing tennis, exploring Vancouver and a some gardening ….
