Spadina Crescent

A fully furnished townhouse in the heart of downtown Toronto, located in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to everything. It has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room, a laundry area in the basement, and parking behind the building. The unit has 4 bedrooms, but we decided to have only 3 people living here to keep it from feeling too cramped. The landlord agreed, so we’re using the extra bedroom as a storage room.

Our roommate Ahmed is moving out, and Youssef and I are now looking for a third person to take his place.

A bit of background on the unit: I moved into this townhouse in 2019 with Ahmed while we were grad students at the University of Toronto’s architecture school. We grew to love this place so much that we ended up staying even after graduating and starting our careers. Youssef joined us more recently, in 2024. Both Ahmed and I work full-time as architects, and Youssef is a recent graduate of the University of Waterloo. Ahmed recently purchased his own place and will be moving out in the last week of April, so Youssef and I are looking for a new roommate starting May 1 (ideally).

We keep an organized home and value a peaceful, friendly living environment. We’re easygoing, communicative, and enjoy hosting small gatherings on weekends—usually dinner and wine with friends and neighbours. We also love biking, music, and films. A typical Saturday morning for us involves reading in our favourite spot—the kitchen—while Youssef drinks coffee and I have my maté.
