Available immediately! The house is situated in west Brant on a hill in a court. We have one partly furnished room. There is a long dresser with mirrors, closet. Shelf(if needed), side table, twin bed, and lamp.

Shared accommodations. (Living room is pretty much yours to use. Comes with a t.v.) Internet is also included. We have a 2 car driveway. So if you have a vehicle, we have a spot for you. There is a bus stop at the bottom of our street, so, if you don’t have a vehicle, at least you can get around. Smoking is outside as we have oxygen on the premises. Please, no alcoholics or intense drug users. (Due to prior bad experience.) We don’t mind social drinkers and we are 4:20 friendly. (Discretion preferred) There are kids in this neighborhood. We also have pets.

We are a couple in our 50’s with a 18 year old boy who likes to keep to himself. We also have a roommate that rents our downstairs. We are a pretty easy going couple and respect people’s privacy.
