Just a 10 minute walk to the nearby beach, grocery and drugs store, public library, restaurants and fast foods, convenience stores and much more. 30 minutes by bus to Durham college or a 15 minutes drive. Also a 10 minute drive to the Oshawa center mall and Go train station and 401 hi ways. Nearby walk-in clinic and Lakeridge hospital.
