Nice home across the street from the ocean in Esquimalt. Large 200 sq foot room with high ceiling. Tenant will have their own key to their “suite”. Tenant controls own heat and air conditioning. 1 1/2 bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout the home except for basement. Close to transit. Direct bus route to UVic. Close to parks. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Short walk to recreation centre and library. The room isn’t quite available at this time. The room should be ready by September 15th. However, accommodation can be made if the room is needed before then. Share kitchen and bath. No smoking and no pets. Student strongly preferred.
About the roomies
No other tenants. Live with landlord. Senior (male) semi retired. Works in IT and research related work. Accustomed to working with university grads and post grads.
