We are looking for a mature, clean and responsible person to share our space with.

The basement suite is well maintained and has an in-suite washer and dryer. We are in the heart of the beautiful West-wood Plateau in Coquitlam, so you will be able to enjoy the beautiful trails, fresh air and scenery that this neighborhood offers. We are close to bus stops and about 30 min walk to Coquitlam Shopping Center, Lafarge park and Skytrain Wifi included..

We require:

Two pay-tubs from the last 2 pay periods from your employer

Recent (within a month) Credit check copies from both TransUnion and Equifax

One work reference from (your boss) and a Reference from your current landlord and 2 Personal references.
