Female only!! You can move in 1st week of Sep. Location: 5 minutes’ walk to Yonge Street and Viva bus stop. You can reach Richmond Hill Centre within 15 minutes via Viva in the morning. 5 minutes’ walking distance to No Frills, Longo’s, restaurants, and the bank.

The room is large and located on the 2nd floor.

Type of Accommodation: A bedroom with a furnished ensuite bathroom. The laundry room(shared) is on the same floor. We share the kitchen and kitchen stuff except the frying pan. Bring your bed linen, pillows and towels, and laundry soap. Utilities: High-speed internet included, and TV & video are included in the room.

We have five big bedrooms, and the kids are all grown up and living outside or in universities. We have only one child now and one professional female roommate. We can show our room, around 6 PM, after work. Or I can show the room virtually.
