The space: Detached house off of Locke street with a big backyard. Easy access on/off the 401/403. Walkable to transit, groceries, entertainment. 3 beds, 2.5 bathrooms (depending on room, en suite), laundry included. Bedrooms come furnished or unfurnished, your choice. Ideal for professionals or mature students. Price is all-in (utilities, internet).

Move-in date is flexible but looking for Feb or March ideally. Length of term is also flexible but looking for a minimum of six months.

I am a queer person of colour who works full time and am finishing my PhD. I live here with my 10lb dog Jimmy but we travel a lot for work, so the space is suited for individuals who are independent working professionals or students.

I am flexible but looking to rent two rooms:

Room 1 (950.00) is downstairs, comes with a full-sized bed but can fit a queen, with a dresser. This person would have their own powder room (across room).

Room 2 (1000) is upstairs, comes with queen-sized bed, main bedroom, with closet, dresser and desk. On same floor as bathroom but is not exclusive use.

Alternatively, if you’re a couple, you can rent the entire upstairs of my home: Room 2 + my office (1400.00), fits a full or a single bed but can be furnished with desks. The office has a bathroom (with shower) attached.
