SCENT/ALCOHOL/420: No smoking in the house, Candles and incense are used in the bedrooms sometimes, but rarely in the shared spaces. Alcohol is sometimes consumed in the unit. No pets currently (but pet friendly!) and no allergies. SOUND: Located on a very quiet street, can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbours from time to time. The bedroom is very quiet as it is not facing the street.
