Hello!
We are looking for a new flatmate to share our home with two working professionals in their early thirties.
We are both quiet, respectful, and spend most of our time working or studying. I recently graduated from Langara College (Post-Graduate in Advanced Business & Accounting), received my PGWP, and currently work full-time at an accounting firm, so Iβm usually out during the day. My roommate works in finance in a hybrid role, splitting time between home and his downtown office.
Weβre looking for someone who is friendly, clean, responsible, and respectful.
No parties or pets. The space is limited, so no long-term overnight guests, but occasional visits or dinners are totally fine.
We also have a big yard if you enjoy gardening.

WiFi is included. Utilities are shared and paid every 3 months.
