I am offering a room for rent in a comfortable apartment, furnished with a bed and a wardrobe, and featuring a nice view of the surrounding buildings. There is also space to set up a desk if needed.

The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, close to public transportation, grocery stores, and parks. You will share the space with me, including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Conditions:
