This is a quiet location and street that I live on. There are 3 units in the building and everybody is fairly quiet and respectful .in the area. My place is only suitable for a couple people, with occasional guests. May not be the biggest apartment and the most up to date , but it’s home
About the roomies
I am looking for somebody who is clean, quiet and respectful. I feel I share these same attributes. I am also co-parenting my 11 year old daughter, who will be staying at the property on holiday,weekends, and any schools days off . I am looking for somebody who is working full time or in school full time. This is a great location for Kingstec community college.
