S's room

I have a room at the back of my house which I would like to rent.

The room measures 8’x10’ and has a direct, private entrance. It is adjacent to the kitchen/living room area (16’x10’).

It has a large easterly-facing window that gets incredible morning sun and overlooks my backyard.

It was recently renovated and is very peaceful. The room is currently furnished as my office, but I can change some furniture to make it livable, including adding a bed.

The washroom/shower is shared with two others (myself included).

I’m 43 (m) and work as a software engineer. My friend is 30-something (f) and lives upstairs. She works as a UX designer. We both work from home but the place is large enough that we have our own space.

We are extremely clean and quiet and expect the same from our new roomie.

When I’m not working, I usually draw, sew clothes, or do other crafts.
