Looking to share a two bedroom in the Beaches. Fabulous area where friendly people smile and the air is fresh : About a ten minute walk to the waterfront. My roommate has moved out . Each bedroom has it’s own washroom . Nice, new, clean modern unit in a triplex.

About the roomie : Professional Musician who teaches piano, mostly in person at the students location , sometimes online. At home in the morning I do practice in my room for about an hour. I sing and play trumpet . Sometimes I record music at home . The trumpet is actually quite quiet , I use headphones and a mute. I stay healthy by eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables . The kitchen is kept clean and ready to go. I really enjoy making salads, and cooking meals . Sometimes I do get home late from playing gigs , or practicing at the school where I teach. Also like to start each day early, and often out at my very significant other’s condo .
I swim at U of T, or in the lake several times a week and enjoy outdoor workouts in the sun . I cycle or use public transit . I am in my sixties, cooperative, respectful and enjoy life. I appreciate emotional honesty, and like to be part of a positive and supportive home environment.
