About the room
The house is located in Blue Quill, near public transport, and the Century Park LRT station. There are lovely paved paths and nearby ravine and creek trails to explore. We are 450m from restaurants, convenience shopping, a pharmacy, dentist, and other amenities. It’s a ten minute drive from here to Ikea!
Our townhomes features one and a half baths, dishwasher, and laundry in suite. Additionally, there is plenty of parking and friendly, professional management staff on-site. Follow this link to get a feel for the complex and an unocupied unit. We live at the end unit with very little shared wall, noise problems. There is a small securely fenced back yard. Our unit has a lovely working fireplace in the main floor living room. This home is 420/smoke friendly.
About the roomies
I am a 48 year old, disabled, genderqueer (It/It’s pronouns), activist type of intersectional feminist. I enjoy cooking, walks outdoors, yoga, karaoke, pool and hanging with my cat Mr. Stephens. I am a relationship anarchist who enjoys spending time with loved ones.
