He is a full-time worker in the office and very respectful. The landlady keeps the second bedroom. You are supposed to share a bathroom with her, but she is not in town and only comes back for a couple of months each year, so basically you will have your own bathroom and share the living room, dining room and kitchen with the male tenant. No pets. No smoking. No party. No stayover friends. Your room is small yet cozy, it is suitable for someone who doesn’t have too much stuff other than clothing.
