You have your own bathroom, except for a couple of months every year when landlady lives here. When landlady is here you need to share the bathroom with her, and your rent is $100 less. A male tenant lives in the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. He is a full-time worker in the office and very respectful.

Beside the bedroom is a living room which you can use as your own while the landlady is not here.
