Includes utilities, TV (bring your own streaming accounts), internet, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, and Keurig. Clean and well-kept. Bus stop right across the street for easy access to Long Branch Go Station or Kipling Station. Located in Alderwood, near the intersection of Brown’s Line and Horner. We’ll need to access the laundry room through the bedroom weekly, but we’ll always give you notice. No smoking or pets allowed - in, on, or near the property.

This is a private, hotel-style rental in Alderwood with your own private entrance. We’re a family, so you’ll hear some noise during the day, but we’re typically quiet from 8 PM to 7 AM. We’re looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and doesn’t smoke. No pets allowed. The space is comfortable and has easy access to public transit, like the Long Branch Go Station and Kipling Station.
