Bedroom and private full-sized bathroom available for rent in a very large, bright townhouse! Available immediately.

The house is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has been converted to a home office that you are welcome to use. The basement has a workout area, and lots of room for storage. There is free in unit laundry. The main floor is large and comfortable, with a gas fireplace, access to the deck with the BBQ, and the backyard. The deck gets afternoon sun. Walking distance to the Fleetwood Community Centre, several major bus routes, 10 minutes to the SkyTrain, lots of restaurants nearby. There’s a cute pub just down the street. 6 month minimum rental. Rent includes your half of utilities. There is no designated parking spot, but lots of free street parking is always available.

The complex also has a clubhouse that’s free to book for large gatherings.

As a working professional, I feel that I’d best get along with another full-time working professional or a mature student; someone aged around 25-45. I only work from home up to 2 days per week. So if you’re on night shift, you will have a quiet, empty space during the day to catch up on sleep. If you work fully remote and expect 100% use of the office, we can just set up a second desk.

No children, no couples. If you have a partner who visits, that’s all good. But if you have your kids on weekends, that unfortunately will not work. My dog is afraid of kids, and cannot live with them.

It’s just me and my dog! I’m Danielle, I’m a 32 year-old structural engineer. My dog, Monty, is a 5 year old border collie x golden retriever. He is so sweet and cuddly and loves everyone! We unfortunately can’t allow another dog to live in the house, but visitors are welcome with a heads up.
